The best!! Abigail greeted me literally as soon as I walked through the door so excited to help me! I had a few questions about the difference between a few different products and she explained them perfectly. I actually don’t live in neosho and was just passing through, but she makes me what to come all the way from Joplin each time for her knowledge sweet personality! I do like their prices here a lot more than some other places, especially Joplin. Love this place!
It was a great place to stock up on your supplies but now I have to go to Joplin for my supplies. Very disappointed that flora moved 25 miles away. They have a better selection at flora and better prices. Lost my business cause I won't drive to Jane for my bud's.
I do not have a medical card and hardly ever use pot. Just wanted something for the occasional nights that i cant sleep. As a recreational user from arkansas, I was glad to see that the buying process was simple. Show an ID, give them cash or a DEBIT card. They run the cards through an ATM type setup and round to the nearest 5 dollars. Charge is $2.50 and then give u cash change for any difference.
Example. Product is $71 after tax. Charge is $2.50 for debit cards. They run the card for $75 and give you back $1.50
I ordered online at 8:50am, was told it would be ready at 930-10am via a text message. I walked I'm at 9:10am and was out the door by 9:15am. Pretty quick
I’ve been in a couple of times. Most of the staff is very pleasant to work with, and extremely helpful. I was in earlier today I don’t know the woman’s name, but her cashier number is 62103. She was extremely cold and unwelcoming. She was rude and short. She made the experience uncomfortable and created an environment where there’s no incentive to want to return. I saw a previous review of the same woman with similar complaints. She loudly said my card was declined for insufficient funds in front of everyone, when all I had to do was move some money over to the card I was using because I had misplaced my debit card. You shouldn’t be in a customer facing position if you can’t make the customers feel comfortable being there. Definitely makes you reconsider stopping here.
Great service and friendly atmosphere. Products check out, I’ve never left the store disappointed. Would like to see mobile pick up window in the future!! Over all it’s a Great place to stop and get your legal marijuana! The rewards program is nice as well. I’ve done most of my ordering online and they always have my product ready on time and notify me when it’s ready to be picked up. Highly recommend ordering online because they will fill your order when you place it and it holds the product for you in case it sells out before you make it to the store.

The wait time is almost not even worth it. Watched “Abigail” who appeared to be a “supervisor” of some kind, laugh & talk drink coffee, smack her gum while I waited about 45 minutes. Just to be a complete Karen to me about seating. Very confrontational, loud & rude for no reason. She seems like she is on alot to adderall / caffeine & needs to calm down / do her job. Stop being rude & self absorbed. Also the whole time you were talking to bearded dude you could have been helping customers (50 minutes) Thx.
Definitely don’t plan on spending with them anymore.. I have never had a problem until today when I went to try to get in (as a med patient) and couldn’t get around the rec users.. smh. What’s the point of saying med patients get the advantage of skipping the line if you don’t carry through with it? 😒 their building is definitely too small and a few of their new staff are too rude to be my go-to spot. What sucks is I have been going to them for a couple years now and it’s like my money doesn’t matter anymore because they have thousands of rec users spending. I have major anxiety and I’m definitely not about to stand in line of 40-50 people just to get into their facility. 😣
